Fieldwork Supervisor

Melissa has been a key member of EMRS’ call centre for many years. Beginning as one of our team of interviewers, she was subsequently promoted to the position of Fieldwork Supervisor. She now lends her experience and skills to the training and oversight of our 150-strong interviewing team. This includes all fieldwork EMRS conducts in-house through Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing and Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing.
